Step One: Review Hiring Packages
We are hiring (2) Junior Director; (2) Director, Operations; and (2) Director, Marketing.
The Junior Director position is an intensive two-year commitment. Other board positions are one-year commitments.

Step Three: Behavioural and Case Interview
If shortlisted, we will contact you by email to schedule an interview. Shortlisted applicants for the Junior Director position will have a short case interview. Shortlisted applicants for all other board positions will have a behavioural interview.
All shortlisted applicants should be prepared to discuss their interest in SCI, why consulting, and prior leadership experience.

As of September 2021, we are planning to deliver training workshops in a hybrid format. Participants will always have the choice of attending in-person or virtually.
Some engagements may encourage in-person attendance for meetings and site visits. If you are away from Vancouver or are unable to attend in-person due to health reasons, please let us know during your interview so we can staff you on an engagement with a client and mentor firm that is also working virtually.
Subject to client needs, we expect to hire 18-24 Junior Consultants ("JC") and 6 Senior Consultants ("SC") this year. For the 2021 program, we received over 200 applications.
The Junior Consultant position is focused on analysis and research, while the Senior Consultant position spends more time on project management and client relations. If you apply for the SC position and are not selected, we will automatically consider you for a JC opening. While SCs typically have consulting experience through work or clubs, we do not use year level or program (undergrad vs. graduate) to filter applicants.
