Subject to client needs, we expect to hire 18-24 Junior Consultants ("JC") and 6 Senior Consultants ("SC") this year. Note: for the 2022 program, we received approximately 200 applications.
The Junior Consultant position is focused on analysis and research, while the Senior Consultant position spends more time on project management and client relations. If you apply for the SC position and are not selected, we will automatically consider you for a JC opening. While SCs typically have consulting experience through work or clubs, we do not use year level or program (undergrad vs. graduate) to filter applicants.

The majority of this form collects administrative information. The main submission is your resume, unofficial transcript and cover letter (optional) prepared in one PDF file with the following name convention: LastName_FirstName_Role (e.g. Smith_Jane_SC).
